Life is busy and there are a lot of overwhelming things going on in this world where we all live. We all need to learn what it is to truly “cast our burdens on the Lord” and yet many of us get too busy, we come under shame or we simply don't stop to recognise what is heavy on our hearts. Andy and Cath share a song at this end of this podcast that we pray will minister to each person who listens.
